Morris Twp.-
On October 7th, 2001 Fosterfields Living Historical Farm demonstrated farm life in the 19th century with Cider Pressing and Fall Plowing. People came to watch the Clydesdale draft horses plow the fields in preparation for the planting of fall crops. They also demonstrated how to use the cider press while interpreters dressed in period clothing. Other demonstration included how to crack corn, clean harnesses, and churn butter.
