even some grandparents who were racing," said Donna Sweet, Zepplin staff member and event organizer. "Everyone had a lot of fun."
In addition to all the fun, raffle prizes, guest appearances and other hoopla, the event that was held on Sunday, Jan. 19 raised $1,500. The

received $500 of the proceeds.
All 168 cars that ran 20 races had the number 93 on them in memory of Neil Luce, a staunch racer at Zepplin who lost his battle with cancer
during the summer. Ninety-three was his race number.
"We decided to dedicate this year's races to Neil because he supported all of our races from the very beginning," said Mrs. Sweet. "Even while he
was very sick, he still attended every race event."
Some life-size race car drivers were on hand for the afternoon like C.J. and John Cantania who drive quarter midgets at the Garden State Speedway
in Wall Twp., Craig Mitchell who races in Middletown, N.Y.;
