Jefferson Advances With 2-1 Win Over Randolph

Roxbury - On Thursday May 10, 2001 Jefferson played Randolph in the Semifinal round of the Morris County Tournament. Jefferson won 2-1 in the bottom of the 12th inning, setting themselves up to play Morris Knolls in the finals on Wednesday. (above) Jefferson celebrates their 2-1 victory over Randolph in the bottom of the 12th inning. (right) Jefferson pitcher Kristyn DePasquale delivers a pitch to Randolph in the Semifinals. DePasquale was the winning pitcher which brought her career record to 94 wins, 5 shy of the state record. She threw 12 innings giving up 6 hits and striking out 9 batters.

To Advance Into The Finals

Roxbury - On Thursday May 10, 2001 Jefferson battled Randolph in the Semifinal round of the Morris County Tournament. Jefferson won in the bottom of the 12th inning with the score 2-1 and will advance to the Finals on Wednesday night.
