East Hanover - The Mt.Pleasant Animal Shelter, under the direction of Jill Van Tuyl, in East Hanover, locates
loving families for cats and dogs.
Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter is a non-profit, private organization that exists soley on donations. They have a limited admissions facility which means that they only bring in animals when room permits. They never euthanize an animal due to lack of room or time. Potential owners are interviewed and Mt. Pleasant matches up appropriate animals with owners.
