On Monday evening the Washington Twp. Public Library hosted "The Making of Chocolate". The program was presented by Jonathan Emanuel Dambrot, owner of J. Emanuel Chocolatier, in Chester and Morristown. (top left) Strawberries and blueberries wait their turn to be dipped in chocolate.
