	Wharton Garden Club Makes the Islands Beautiful



	Wharton - (left) Rose Bencel, of Wharton, President of the Wharton Garden Club; and D.P.W. worker Bill Rolph, of Wharton; work on creating a beautiful flower arrrangement on the islands of North Main Street. The Wharton Garden Club adopted the islands at the exit ramp of Rt. 80 and (above) at the entrance ramp to 15.
