	The Culinary Quest Raises Funds

	for Denville PAL

Denville - The second annual Culinary Quest was held Monday November 13, 2000 at the Rockaway River Country Club, Denville. An evening was spent savoring the specialties of the area's finest restaurants. The event was presented by the Denville PAL Community Center. (left) Wild mushroom and goat cheese in a puff pastry served with mesclun greens and raspberry vinaigrette dressing, created by Chef Brad Cooper from The Station at Mountain Lakes.
